Please, when you know the approximate arrival time, inform us so we can be ready.
If you do the Check in via the link we sent you a few days ago, everything is quicker.
A deposit of €100 is required upon key collection, which will be returned at the end of your stay.

House rules
Respect and recycling
Please respect all areas and signs. For everyone's benefit, please recycle and keep all spaces clean. There are bins at the entrance.
Keys
Be careful with the keys: before leaving, check that none have been left in the lock, inside the housing.
Lights
Avoid leaving lights on unnecessarily (make sure to switch off any in the garden and on the patio during the day).
Doors and windows
Always make sure to close doors and windows before leaving.
Cleaning / Deposit
Keep the apartment and kitchen clean. Additional cleaning charges may apply. We charge a €100 deposit upon arrival, which will be refunded if everything is in order and the house rules have been followed.
Respecting rest times
It is important for everyone that we respect the rest period. Do not make noise between 00:00 and 09:00 and between 15:30 and 17:00.
Heating
Keep the windows closed while the heating is on. We have it programmed for suitable times; if you need more time, please speak to us.
Parking
We have 9 spaces inside the complex and 6 on the side. Please do not leave your car in a spot that may obstruct other vehicles. If you have any doubts, please ask us.
Barbecue
It is for common use, if you wish to use it, speak to us to book it. You should note that you must leave it clean and tidy when you have finished.
Breakfasts
We can deliver freshly baked bread to your door, or you can enjoy our breakfast lounge from 8:45 to 10:30 (booking required).

It's our favourite restaurant, we recommend the scallops, the salads and the wild sea bass ;-). A 5-minute walk. We see it from Las Mimosas.

Asturias
Places to visit
Asturias has a lot to see. 😉 We recommend discovering it at your own pace, day by day.
It is divided into 4 zones: Western Coast, Central Coast, Eastern Coast and inland area. We are on the Central Coast.
San Esteban de Pravia
5 minutes by car. Our neighbours across the way. Where coal from the mines was received to be transported to the wider world. Every day our views will surprise you. Ideal for a walk and a meal. From the lighthouse begins the Route of the Viewpoints. An 8-minute drive away. In summer you can cross by boat.
Cudillero
20-minute drive. The most famous fishing village in Asturias. Everyone wants to see it. Views like an amphitheatre. Let us know dates and times. Don't miss a sunset 😉 A good plan is to combine an afternoon walk, starting from the waterfalls and exiting through the tunnel to the port.
Puerto Vega
40 minutes' drive away.Of the villages we like the most, similar to Cudillero, but more fairytale-like. If you've seen the series "La última noche de tremor" you'll recognise its spectacular landscapes 😉 Chosen Exemplary Village of Asturias in 1995. This day, see Navia and Puerto Vega. Highly recommended the Costa Naviega path
Cadavedo
25 minutes by car Whaling village from the medieval era with one of the best views, from the Hermitage of La Regalina. Many weddings are held in this meadow 🙂 Its beach has shingle and dark sand. You can see about 95 very well-preserved granaries (horreos). The last Sunday in August is a very special date not to be missed.

Our beach is a 10-minute walk away. The sunset is amazing every single day. It's where we surf, no matter the time of year. The sunsets are spectacular!

You can walk there from Los Quebrantos, from one end to the other you have just over 5 km of beach.

We often go there. At low tide, a walk along its sand is a surprising experience. If the tide is high, the views from above will impress you.

Rural accommodation with a soul where time stands still for us to breathe

On the outskirts of Las Arenas de San Juan there is a tourist complex called LAS MIMOSAS, with flats for different groups of people and a hostel.
I stayed in the flat nº5 for two people. It is very complete, comfortable and well kept, with wooden ceilings, staircase, windows and upper floor and lower floor tiles, very cosy.
If you want to visit Asturias having a nice place, clean, with all the facilities, near the sea, near the best dog beach in Spain and always with recommendations of places to visit or eat, this is a good place to go. Carlos and Ana will welcome you in their home even if you go with dog. 100% recommended. We will come back to visit them for sure.
