Where is Las Mimosas del Nalón located?

We are in San Juan de la Arena (Asturias), next to Los Quebrantos Beach and 10–15 minutes from Asturias Airport. Close to Cudillero, Avilés and Somao. Our views are of the mouth of the River Nalón, the rooftops of San Juan de la Arena, meadows and the Cantabrian Sea.

What accommodation do you have and for how many people?

8 properties: Las Mimosas (6 pax), El Mirador (6 pax), Los Quebrantos (6 pax), El Hórreo (2 pax), Atardeceres (5–6 pax), El Playón de Bayas (2 pax), La Arena (4–5 pax), Hortensias (2 pax). An extra bed is possible in some, always check in advance.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 16:00-21:00
Check-out: before 11:00
Please observe the quiet time for afternoon naps from 15:00 to 17:30.
Silence from 00:00 to 09:00. Always respect the quiet hours.

Do you offer breakfast?

Yes, from 8:00 to 10:00 for €9 per person. Reservations must be made the day before.

What are the opening hours?

Reception/attention: 10:00-13:45 and 16:00-19:00. Outside these hours, contact via WhatsApp or email.

How do I book at the best price?

Book directly on our website or contact us by WhatsApp/email for the best availability and conditions.

On many occasions we have special offers that are only accessible by booking directly with us.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, between €100 and €150 per apartment, refundable after inspection at the end of the stay.

Very important: we love animals, but they are not allowed on the beds or sofas.

What is the cancellation policy?

Flexible depending on dates and rate. Please contact us when booking. As a general rule, there are no cancellation fees up to 14 days before. And if it's 2 days before, we can look for another possible date.
