Where is Las Mimosas del Nalón located?
We are in San Juan de la Arena (Asturias), next to Los Quebrantos Beach and 10-15 minutes from Asturias Airport. Near Cudillero, Avilés and Somao.
What accommodation do you have and for how many people?
8 lodgings: Las Mimosas (6 pax), El Mirador (6 pax), Los Quebrantos (8 pax), El Hórreo (2 pax), Atardeceres (5-6 pax), El Playón de Bayas (2 pax), La Arena (4-5 pax), Hortensias (2 pax).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in: 16:00-21:00
- Check-out: before 11:00
- Silence from 00:00
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, from 8:00 to 10:00 for €9 per person. Reservations must be made the day before.
What are the opening hours?
Reception/attention: 10:00-13:45 and 16:00-19:00. Outside these hours, contact via WhatsApp or email.

Yes, €100 per flat, refundable after verification at the end of the stay.
What is the cancellation policy?
Flexible according to dates and rates. Ask us when booking.
Do you accept pets? Rates and rules
Pet-friendly: 20 € weekend - 30 € (3-5 days) - 45 € (+5 days). Always inform us when booking.

Is there parking and wifi?
Yes. 1 parking space per flat and free wifi throughout the complex.
Is it possible to use a barbecue?
Yes, it is for use in the communal garden. You must be responsible for cleaning up after yourself.
Fee: 50 € + 50 € deposit.
Use for lunch and dinner until 23:30.
Are cots or high chairs available?
Yes, on request and subject to availability.
