HOUSE RULES

ON ARRIVAL

• Our lodging is thought in the rest, we must comply with the rules in order to maintain the harmony that we want - Las Mimosas del Nalón.
• The time of entry into our accommodation is from 16:00, if you need to enter earlier, check with us and see what we can do.
• The number of people confirmed in the reservation cannot be exceeded. We have prepared the accommodation for the people confirmed in the reservation.
1. Any party or gathering of many people should be discussed with us.
2. Any small gathering should take into account the rules expressed in terms of noise, cleanliness and order.

DURING YOUR STAY

• We must respect the moments of silence and during the day to contribute to the good atmosphere.
  From 00:00 to 9:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00, it is not allowed to have loud music or disturb with noises that may disturb a person.
  

Please help us to keep our space clean and tidy, both the accommodation and the common areas. Use the litter garbage cans
If you smoke, do not throw cigarette butts on the ground, use the ashtrays at your disposal.

PARKING

Each apartment has a parking space, if you need more talk to us. You can park on the side of the property, which is conditioned for it. Please help us to keep order in the parking lot.

GARBAGE AND RECYCLING

At the entrance of the finca there are containers, use them when you need them.

SAFETY

We must all be responsible for our behavior and we cannot be held responsible for the disappearance of any object.

EXIT

you must leave before 11:00, if you want to stay longer, talk to us and we will see what we can do.

The kitchen must be clean, nothing left unwashed and the fridge empty.

You must take out the garbage and deposit it in the outside containers (at the entrance of the property).

If you wish you can hire a cleaning service :

• Kitchen cleaning: 30 €
• General cleaning: 50 €

If everything is ok, we will return the deposit, 200 € per apartment.
