Maybe it's the sound of the river, the smell of wood, or that silence that only exists in places where life is lived without haste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of our favourite plans for that&nbsp;<strong>\u201cchange of pace\u201d.\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;is to invite you to visit some of the most magical beaches on the Asturian coast. We are not just talking about sand and sea; we are talking about corners that embrace you, cliffs that seem painted, walks that heal the soul and sunsets that stay alive in your memory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is why we have prepared this special selection:<strong>&nbsp;our favourite beaches<\/strong>, The ones we visit again and again without tiring, the ones we recommend to those who come looking for real relaxation. Each one has its own character, its own charm, its own perfect time of day. And they are all just a stone's throw away from Las Mimosas del Nal\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Get ready, because this little trip along the Asturian coast is a plan that will make you fall in love even before you pack your suitcase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Los Quebrantos Beach<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Highlights: This beach of slightly darker sand -due to the sediments of the Nal\u00f3n river- has a length of about 810 m and becomes, at low tide, part of the longest sandy beach in Asturias when it joins the Play\u00f3n de Bayas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is the one in front of us and our daily walk. A 10 minute walk from home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. El Play\u00f3n de Bayas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The best dog beach in Spain \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Highlights: One of the largest sandy beaches in Asturias: ~3 km long when joined with Los Quebrantos. Dunes are often created, strong waves, ideal for very long walks, surfing or just breathing the open sea. If you come with a dog, you can't miss it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend, if the tide is low, to go from our beach Los Quebrantos. Beach of El Aguilar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Highlights: Located in the council of Muros de Nal\u00f3n, this beach is surrounded by cliffs and forest, with spectacular rock formations (for example the \u201cPe\u00f1a del Castaballar\u201d) that make it very attractive visually.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An environment that combines sea and forest landscape.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We arrived in approximately 10-12 minutes by car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Silence Beach<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of the beaches and cliffs that fascinate us most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come down if the tide is low, otherwise enjoy the views from above. It is located in the council of Cudillero.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Beach of La Concha de Artedo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Very quiet in winter, in spring and summer we recommend you to change it with a meal overlooking the sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shell-shaped beach, in the council of Cudillero; golden sand, protected environment. To get there from the car park there is a very pleasant 10-minute walk which is quite an experience.  20 minutes by car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Las Llanas Beach<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is one of the attractions when you do the path of Los Miradores, one of the paths we like the most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is important that you only go down if the tide is low, you will enjoy the beach more. From the top, it is quite a surprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A more secluded beach, with cliffs, quiet nature and less crowds. Slightly more \u201cadventurous\u201d access with a staircase from the cliff. For those looking for total disconnection.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each of these beaches offers a different flavour of the Asturian coast: from the most accessible and equipped to the wildest and quietest.
