From The Mimosas del Nal\u00f3n<\/strong>, We propose that you experience Asturias at a leisurely pace: choose an area, savour it slowly, and then return to rest as you would return home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today we travel towards one of the most exciting routes on the west coast: Cudillero, Cape Vidio and the Beach of Silence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A perfect plan to look, breathe, listen\u2026 and feed the senses.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daily plan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the morning<\/strong> A stroll through Cudillero. If you go in the high season, you should do it first thing in the morning or leave it until the end of the afternoon.
Midday<\/strong> Seafood meal or appetiser with views.
In the afternoon<\/strong> Cabo Vidio and Playa del Silencio. Two of our favourite places at any time of year. The sunset is amazing.
End of the day:<\/strong> I'm returning to Las Mimosas to rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cudillero: a colourful amphitheatre facing the Cantabrian Sea<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cudillero isn't visited. It's discovered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, the harbour appears. Then, colourful houses climbing the hillside as if they all want to peek out at the sea. Next come the stairs, the viewpoints, the narrow streets and that feeling of being inside a village that looks hand-painted. In the harbour, we recommend Deleo, ideal for breakfasts and mid-morning breaks. Tell them we sent you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is one of the prettiest fishing villages in Asturias and one of those places where it's best to get lost without looking at the clock. Climb up to a viewpoint, go down towards the square, listen to the seagulls, smell the harbour kitchens, and let the maritime atmosphere do the rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cudillero delights the eyes with its colours, the ears with the murmur of the port and the taste with a cuisine that tastes of the sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What to see in Cudillero<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stroll through the Plaza de la Marina, ascend one of its viewpoints, wander through its narrow streets, and head towards the port. The most beautiful thing about Cudillero isn't just seeing it; it's letting yourself be captivated by its life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Silencio Beach<\/strong> It is one of the natural jewels of Asturias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its name says it all. It's a beach to wander down to, listen to the waves, and stay in silence for a while. There\u2019s not much more you need to do. The cliffs, the pebbles and the deep blue of the water create a moving scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
